Mr. Marc Vinson is responsible for the commercial operations and asset management for the company. With over 15 years of experience in upstream, complex large production, and project development, Marc brings extensive business experience in investment, international financing, and acquisition strategies.

Marc currently also serves as the Vice President of Asian Oil & Gas, an affiliated Singapore-based family office focused on investing in energy development opportunities across traditional to emerging and new energy sectors. The company holds assets exceeding US$1 billion, including substantial interests in U.S. domestic oil and gas royalty mineral acreage located in Texas, Louisiana, and other states.

Marc is also the Head of Shareholder Services – Asia of the Energy Evolution Fund, responsible for prospective investor relations and shareholder services for international investors. Under his leadership, the fund has grown by over 160%, benefiting from his extensive HNWI network in Asia and his expertise in various trading products such as commodities, equity securities including derivatives, and fixed income options.

Marc held senior executive roles at InterOil (NYSE: IOC, 2010-2013) where he successfully led an international oil and gas divestment transaction with a value of USD350 million in Papua New Guinea (PNG). He was also a member of the Group Executive Committee that secured firm gas agreement approval from the PNG Government, which led to the eventual proposed US$5B Gulf LNG project. The project was later bought over by ExxonMobil.
